Green on the Green Objective
This one day event promises to provide visitors with a sampling of ways they can go green. Whether it is buying something made from repurposed or recycled items, learning to appreciate native plants and animals, or educating themselves on how to use less energy, produce less waste or adopt sustainable practices, our objective is to demonstrate that being a steward of the community and environment can be fun, interesting and even cost effective.
Event Format
Event presents an interesting and diverse sampling of green vendors/exhibitors.
Spaces are 10’ x 10’, provide an educational demonstration/experience or are a local business that can provide an entertainment factor for visitors. Contact us for additional space.
Guidelines
Vendors/exhibitors provide all supplies needed for set-up, including protection from weather. Stakes are NOT permitted on the Green because of underground wiring and sprinkler systems. Use free standing tents only. Tents are not required. Tents are NOT supplied by Big Green Head. Electricity is limited. Any display left unattended is done at the risk of the vendor. Exhibits must remain open during the scheduled event time. Vendor vehicles must be moved from around the green ½ hour prior to the start of the event.
