Fusion Cafe is a "Green" mobile restaurant featuring 3-11.25 watt roof mounted solar panels. We only use chemical free cleaning products and positively ionized tap water for cleaning. We use recycled to go packaging and locally sourced and garden fresh vegetables, fruit and meats. We are a Greenspot certified by the City of Columbus.
