Cut Back on Soda
This one is a no-brainer; high-fructose corn syrup, chemicals, empty calories, plastic bottles, aluminum cans, paper cups with plastic lids and straws. If it's asking too much for a cold-turkey turnaround, consider cutting back and remember to recycle your cans and bottles consistently.
